Community Resource Linkage is about turning "you should check this out" into real, practical help. We know that recovery becomes fragile when housing is unstable, income is uncertain, or medical needs go unmet. Our role is to connect you to the right supports - and to stay involved until those connections are real, not just phone numbers on a paper.

Together, we look at your situation: Where are you staying? Do you have income or benefits? Are you linked to medical and mental health care? Do you have transportation to get where you need to be? Based on your answers and priorities, we help you apply for housing programs, connect with employment resources, enroll in benefits, and link to healthcare providers.

We do not just hand you a brochure and send you on your way. When possible, we help you make calls, complete applications, gather documents, and follow up on referrals. If you feel nervous about going somewhere new, we can sometimes meet you there, so you are not walking in alone.

Because we work in the community every day, we stay current on what is available and what is realistic. If one option does not pan out, we keep looking instead of letting the door close. Over time, these connections build the foundation for long-term stability: a safer place to live, access to care, a way to earn income, and a support network beyond us.
